How long is implementation?

Connecting Shopify or Mercado Libre takes under 30 minutes via OAuth, without your team writing a line of code. Full implementation — discovery, SKU configuration, channel mapping, and end-to-end sandbox testing — takes 1–2 weeks for standard integrations and 3–4 weeks for custom or multi-channel cases with an ERP. We don't switch on production until we've validated that every flow, including overselling prevention, works without manual intervention.

Do you have a public API?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We offer a full REST API with endpoints for inventory, orders, shipments, and returns, token-based authentication, and webhooks that notify every status change in real time. It includes documentation with request and response examples, a sandbox environment to test without affecting production, and direct technical support for your dev team. With it you can connect your ERP, your own frontend, or any internal system at your own pace.

What happens to my data if I leave the service?

Accepted Answer

Your data is yours, always. We deliver a full export in CSV or JSON within 5 business days of your request, including catalog, inventory history, orders, and returns. We don't hold your information hostage or use it as a lock-in to keep you from leaving, and after delivery we purge your data from our systems in line with the law. Portability is part of the deal, not a favor.

Do you have an uptime SLA?

Yes. We commit to 99.9% availability by contract, backed by a cloud stack with redundancy, automatic backups, and continuous monitoring. We measure it and report it: in 2024 we added up 23 minutes of total downtime, a real figure we can show you. If it's useful, we can detail our maintenance windows and how we notify you of any incident.

How do you handle data security?

We encrypt data in transit and at rest, require 2FA on all accounts, and log every access for auditing. Role-based permissions limit what each user can see, so no one has more reach than they need. We operate in compliance with LFPDPPP, Mexico's personal data protection law, and keep encrypted backups so your information is protected against both unauthorized access and loss.

You focus on selling; the infrastructure is our problem.

Can I see my inventory and orders in real time?

Yes. The portal shows stock levels by SKU and by location, the status of every order across its entire lifecycle, shipping labels with their tracking, and downloadable reports, all updated in real time from the WMS. Because the platform works off a single source of truth, what you see on screen is what's physically on the rack at that moment. Each user views this information according to their permissions, from any device and at any hour.

Does it sync inventory across channels to prevent overselling?

Yes, and it's exactly the problem the platform solves most. When a unit is deducted on any channel, stock updates everywhere instantly, because every channel reads from the same central inventory instead of each keeping its own count. That eliminates overselling when you sell on your own store and several marketplaces at once, which is the number-one cause of cancellations and bad reviews in multi-channel operations. You can also reserve stock buffers per channel if you want to protect inventory for a campaign.
