Your customers return to a single address in Zapopan, Jalisco. We receive them for you, register in the system, and notify you of arrival. Regardless of whether the customer shipped via courier, messenger, or personal delivery.

Per-SKU inspection

Every return checked against criteria you define: packaging condition, product functionality, presence of accessories, and overall cosmetics. Nothing passes without verification. Photo evidence per inspected unit.

Non-recoverable merchandise disposed of with documentation. Zero tax or environmental liability for you. We issue a destruction or donation certificate for your accounting and SAT tax compliance.

Dashboard with return reasons, SKU rates, and patterns to improve your product. You identify if a SKU has a sizing, packaging, description, or quality issue before it becomes a negative review trend.

This is how we handle each return from dock arrival to available inventory again. Every step traceable, every decision documented with evidence.

Paso 01

Return receipt

Arrival at returns dock with immediate registration in the system. Tracking is scanned, original order identified, and an inspection ticket generated with documented arrival time.

Paso 02

Identification

Match against original order: customer tracking, return reason, and date documented. We validate the SKU matches the original order and check for product-substitution fraud attempts.

Paso 03

Inspection

Visual and functional review per your criteria. Photo evidence per piece. We classify into categories: A (perfect for resale), B (refurbishment needed), C (scrap). The full process takes 5-10 minutes per unit.

Paso 04

Disposition

Reintegrate, refurbish, or dispose. Decided by rules you define in advance by category and damage type. Category A products return to available inventory immediately. Category B goes to the refurbishment station.

Closure

Inventory updated in your WMS, customer notified of return status, refund authorized if applicable per your policy. Weekly consolidated report with recovery metrics per SKU.
