United States · Entering Mexico

Fulfillment in Mexico
for U.S. companies.

Sell in Mexico without building an operation. We already operate here for U.S. auto parts, supplement and health product companies: your freight crosses, sits in our Guadalajara warehouse and ships to your end customer or your distribution channel.

  • Local inventory in Guadalajara
  • Overland crossing in days, not weeks
  • Technical catalogs and dated product
What's included

From across the border to the Mexican customer

The U.S. has the one advantage no other origin has: the border. Used well, your replenishment is measured in days. Here are the six points.

Entry without building your own operation

Depending on the product and the volume, in many cases you can start selling without incorporating in Mexico: we resolve the import structure. It isn't automatic — we validate it against your catalog before quoting.

USMCA and classification

Treaty benefits with a properly issued certificate of origin and correct tariff classification. When either fails, the duty benefit is lost at customs.

Overland crossing and consolidation

LTL and FTL crossing the northern border and running down to Guadalajara. Proximity only becomes an advantage when replenishment is planned as a continuous flow, not one large quarterly shipment.

Technical parts catalogs

Thousands of part numbers with different fitments and presentations. Receiving and picking by exact part number, which is where a long catalog breaks when handled loosely.

Dated product

Supplements and health products under lot and expiry control, with FEFO by system: what expires first ships first.

Marketplace, channel and direct

Prep for Amazon Mexico and Mercado Libre, pallet orders to distributors and pharmacies, and direct sales from your store — all on the same inventory.

How it works

From your U.S. warehouse to your customer in Mexico

Five steps. You sell; we cross, store and deliver.

// 01

We review your catalog

You send us your catalog, volume and target channel. For parts we review the part-number structure; for health products, presentations and shelf life.

// 02

We prepare the crossing

Classification, USMCA certificate of origin, permits and labeling. Settled before the truck leaves.

// 03

We cross and receive

Freight crosses the northern border and reaches Guadalajara, counted by part number or by lot and expiry depending on the product.

// 04

It ships to customer or channel

Order by order for e-commerce and marketplaces, or by pallet with dock appointments for distributors and pharmacies.

// 05

Returns and replenishment

Returns handled inside Mexico and continuous replenishment that uses the border: you restock weekly, not quarterly.

Why Ecommex

What a U.S. company needs so Mexico stops being an experiment

Proximity is worth nothing if every replenishment is treated as an isolated export.

01
Entry

Start without building structure

The barrier that stops most companies isn't logistics, it's structure: warehousing, staff and systems before knowing whether the product sells. Here you operate on a structure that already exists, and the in-house investment is decided later, with real sales data.

02
Speed

The border as a real advantage

With local inventory and continuous overland replenishment, you compete on delivery with the Mexican seller. Without local inventory, you compete two weeks behind them.

03
Accuracy

Long catalogs without part errors

In auto parts the error isn't quality, it's fitment. Picking by exact part number prevents the most expensive return there is: the one that worked fine, just not for that model.

Entering Mexico doesn't have to start with an investment in warehousing, staff and systems. Several of the U.S. brands we run started on a structure that already existed, with their inventory identified and visible from day one, and decided what to build in-house once volume justified it.

FAQ

What U.S. companies ask us

It depends on the product, the volume and the tariff classification. In many cases we resolve the import structure so your goods enter legally without a Mexican entity, and that's how several of the brands we run started. It isn't automatic: we review it against your catalog before quoting and tell you plainly whether your case allows it or whether incorporating from the start suits you better.
