Spain · Entering Mexico

Fulfillment in Mexico
for Spanish companies.

Sell in Mexico without building an operation. We already operate here for Spanish footwear, cosmetics and supplement brands: your goods clear customs, sit in our Guadalajara warehouse and ship to your end customer or your distribution channel — your brand up front, our operation behind it.

  • Local inventory in Guadalajara
  • Customs, NOM and duties handled
  • DTC, marketplace and channel distribution
What's included

Everything between your warehouse in Spain and your customer in Mexico

Distance isn't the problem. The problem is the six steps in between, where foreign brands get stuck. Here they are.

Entry without building your own operation

Depending on the product and the volume, in many cases you can start selling without incorporating in Mexico: we resolve the import structure. It isn't automatic — we validate it against your catalog before quoting.

Customs, NOM and duties

Tariff classification, permits and NOM labeling settled before the container leaves Spain. Ninety percent of customs delays come from paperwork built wrong at origin, not from Mexican bureaucracy.

Warehousing in Guadalajara

Your inventory in our facility, with dedicated positions, real-time stock and lot and expiry control for cosmetics and supplements.

Direct sales and marketplaces

Pick and pack for your own store, Mercado Libre, Amazon Mexico and every other channel, from a single inventory and with no overselling.

Channel distribution

If you sell to distributors, retail or pharmacies, we build pallet-level orders with dock appointments and pallet labeling to each chain's spec.

Returns inside Mexico

Your customers return to a local address, not to Spain. We inspect, restock what's sellable and report the reason so you can fix it at the source.

How it works

From your warehouse in Spain to your customer in Mexico

Five steps. You produce and sell; we move, store and deliver.

// 01

We review your catalog

You send us what you sell, monthly volume and the channel you want to reach. We tell you what each product needs to enter Mexico and what it will cost to run.

// 02

We prepare the entry

Tariff classification, permits, NOM and import structure. All settled before shipping, which is where customs time is won or lost.

// 03

We receive in Guadalajara

Your goods arrive at our facility, get counted, recorded by lot and expiry where it applies, and show up in your portal from day one.

// 04

It ships to your customer or your channel

Order by order if you sell direct, or by pallet with dock appointments if you sell to distributors and retail. Both models run on the same inventory.

// 05

Returns and replenishment

We take returns inside Mexico, restock what's sellable and flag when to replenish based on real rotation, not on forecast.

Why Ecommex

What a Spanish brand needs, and almost nobody solves end to end

Someone imports for you. Someone stores for you. Someone delivers for you. Stitching all three across separate vendors is where margin and traceability go missing.

01
Entry

Start without building structure

The barrier that stops most companies isn't logistics, it's structure: warehousing, staff and systems before knowing whether the product sells. Here you operate on a structure that already exists, and the in-house investment is decided later, with real sales data.

02
Reach

Both models, one inventory

Selling direct to consumers and selling to distributors usually forces two separate operations. Here they share the same stock, so you don't have to pick a model before you know the market.

03
Control

Lot and expiry by system

For cosmetics and supplements, traceability isn't a nice-to-have. We run FEFO by system: what expires first ships first, without depending on anyone remembering it on the dock.

Entering Mexico doesn't have to start with an investment in warehousing, staff and systems. Several of the Spanish brands we run started on a structure that already existed, with their inventory identified and visible from day one, and decided what to build in-house once volume justified it.

FAQ

What Spanish brands ask us

It depends on the product, the volume and the tariff classification. In many cases we resolve the import structure so your goods enter legally without a Mexican entity, and that's how several of the brands we run started. It isn't automatic: we review it against your catalog before quoting and tell you plainly whether your case allows it or whether incorporating from the start suits you better.
