China · Entering Mexico

Fulfillment in Mexico
for Chinese companies.

Sell in Mexico without building an operation. We already operate here for Chinese trading companies, electronics manufacturers, factories and forwarders: your container clears customs, sits in our Guadalajara warehouse and ships to marketplaces or your Mexican distributor.

What's included

From the container to the Mexican marketplace

Selling in Mexico from China is no longer just exporting: it means holding local inventory, because Mexican consumers buy on days of delivery, not weeks.

Entry without building your own operation

Depending on the product and the volume, in many cases you can start selling without incorporating in Mexico: we resolve the import structure. It isn't automatic — we validate it against your catalog before quoting.

Classification and non-tariff regulation

Correct tariff classification and the permits each product family requires, settled before shipping. In electronics and regulated goods, that's where a poorly documented container gets stuck.

NOM labeling at destination

If your goods arrived without the NOM labeling Mexico requires, we apply it here, by pallet or piece by piece, with no need to return or re-export the shipment.

Consolidation and deconsolidation

We receive full containers, deconsolidate them and turn them into available inventory by SKU, ready to sell in single units.

Marketplace prep

Labeling, packaging and requirements for Amazon Mexico, Mercado Libre, Temu, SHEIN and Walmart, each to its own spec.

Selling to distributors and end customers

The same inventory fills pallet orders to Mexican importers and distributors, and single-unit e-commerce orders.

How it works

From your factory in China to the Mexican customer

Five steps. You manufacture and sell; we import, store and deliver.

// 01

We review your catalog

You send us what you manufacture or trade and the channel you want. We define classification, permits and whether your product needs NOM before anything moves.

// 02

We prepare the entry

Documentation, classification and non-tariff regulation settled before the container sails. That's what separates clearance in days from clearance in weeks.

// 03

We receive and deconsolidate

The container arrives, gets deconsolidated, counted by SKU and labeled if NOM is missing. It becomes available inventory, not freight.

// 04

It ships to marketplace or distributor

Piece by piece to your Amazon, Mercado Libre, Temu or SHEIN buyer, or by pallet to your Mexican distributor. From the same inventory.

// 05

Returns and replenishment

We take returns inside Mexico, restock what's sellable and flag when to send the next container based on real rotation.

Why Ecommex

What a Chinese company needs to sell in Mexico, not just export to it

Exporting to Mexico is a shipment. Selling in Mexico means local inventory, delivery in days and local returns.

01
Entry

Start without building structure

The barrier that stops most companies isn't logistics, it's structure: warehousing, staff and systems before knowing whether the product sells. Here you operate on a structure that already exists, and the in-house investment is decided later, with real sales data.

02
Speed

Local inventory, delivery in days

Mexican consumers no longer wait three weeks. With stock in Guadalajara you compete on delivery time with the local seller, not with the imported one.

03
Compliance

NOM solved at destination

A container without NOM labeling can't be sold in retail or on marketplaces. It gets labeled here, with no re-export and without losing the season.

Entering Mexico doesn't have to start with an investment in warehousing, staff and systems. Several of the Chinese brands we run started on a structure that already existed, with their inventory identified and visible from day one, and decided what to build in-house once volume justified it.

FAQ

What Chinese companies ask us

It depends on the product, the volume and the tariff classification. In many cases we resolve the import structure so your goods enter legally without a Mexican entity, and that's how several of the brands we run started. It isn't automatic: we review it against your catalog before quoting and tell you plainly whether your case allows it or whether incorporating from the start suits you better.
